We offer learners a flexible, inclusive, and future-ready model of higher education—100% online and open to individuals from all walks of life.
Our name says it all. We exist to remove the barriers—geographic, financial, cultural, and institutional—that prevent learners from unlocking their full potential. At HEWB, borders don’t define who gets to learn.

HEWB offers digital-first, mentorship-driven learning. Programs combine lessons, live support, hands-on labs, and real projects. All fully online.
How does mentorship work?
Each learner is paired with an academic or industry mentor. Mentors guide progress, review projects, and offer feedback in live one-on-one or small group sessions.
Is the program fully online?
Yes. All learning is delivered online—using a mix of asynchronous modules, live mentoring, and virtual labs. You can learn from anywhere while staying supported.
What makes it practice-based?
You’ll learn by doing. Programs include hands-on labs, capstone projects, and real-world assessments designed to build skills you can apply directly.

As President of HEWB, Mr. El Habti provides strategic leadership rooted in equity, innovation, and national development. With a background in education governance and institutional reform, he oversees HEWB’s expansion and alignment with Morocco’s broader efforts to build inclusive, future-oriented higher education.
Mr. Hicham EL HABTI
PresidentDr. Benkamoun brings academic insight and operational experience to his role as Secretary General. He leads program design, institutional partnerships, and learner support systems. His focus is on building scalable models that connect digital education with real-world outcomes for non-traditional students.
